Our Coffee comes from Papachay, a local roaster in San Carlos.  Max, the owner of Papachay roasts a special blend just for us.  Our beautiful, shade grown, high altitude Peruvian beans are roasted until just after the first crack of the bean.  Before it has a chance to become too dark or oily, but just enough to release the nutty chocolate flavor. 

Wanna know a secret....each barista has their specialty drinks.  If you ever want to venture off of the menu, just ask.
